Guidelines for Authors
⭐️ Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will last 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the audience.
Presenters are asked to strictly adhere to the allotted time to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Presentation materials (slides) must be submitted in PowerPoint or PDF format. We recommend PDF.
Please send your file to cbl2026@inrae.fr your presentation to facilitate setup and ensure the smooth flow of presentations by noon on April 30.
⭐️ Posters
Posters must be created in A0 format (841 x 1189 mm), in portrait orientation.
They must be installed in the designated area at the start of the conference on the provided display racks and will remain on display throughout the conference.
Authors are invited to be present near their posters during discussion times to answer participants’ questions. The sessions will take place during coffee and tea breaks; the poster area is right next to the bar area.
Please bring your own poster clips to attach your poster to the grids.
